Water Bill on the Way to Shelby Youth Baseball

Shelby Youth Baseball can expect to see a bill in the mail from the city of La Crosse. The city's public works board today has voted to bill stormwater utility charges to Shelby Ball for the parking lot that the program maintains next to its ball fields on the southside. Full Story: WIZM
