No charges yet in a car-pedestrian accident from Thursday. La Crosse police say 80 La Vonne Lepsch was gravely injured when she was hit by a car while crossing South Avenue at about 3:30 on Thursday afternoon. It was a rainy afternoon and the light was dim, but police aren't sure if those are the conditions that led to the accident.
