Yeoman's Appeal Of Attempted Murder Conviction Fails

Five years ago this month, a gunman tried to rob a bar owner in Bangor, and attempted to shoot the man with a gun that wouldn't fire. Adam Yeoman eventually pled 'no contest' to attempted murder, but appealed his conviction, claiming certain evidence should not have been used to obtain his plea.
