Sparta Man Could Get Probation For Aiming Rifle At Cop

A Sparta man who was shot by police last January after pointing a loaded rifle at an officer, will get 30 days in jail and probation if a judge accepts a plea agreement. 20 year old Jacob Olsen pled no contest in Monroe County this morning to intentionally pointing a firearm at an officer, operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct.
