Food stamp use in La Crosse Co. on the rise

Since the economic collapse in 2008, the number of people in La Crosse County using food stamps has gone up sharply. In fact, the increase is 65-percent according to La Crosse County Economic Support. Food stamps help more than 13,000 people in La Crosse County alone, afford food.
