Man Found Dead in Yard Identified

Police have released the name of the man found dead yesterday morning on Main street in La Crosse. Mark Fuchsteiner is the 53 year-old who was found in a yard. They say a mixture of too much alcohol and cold weather killed him. He had a blood alcohol level of .399. Full Story: WIZM
