Mayor candidates can start campaigning

Registered La Crosse mayoral candidates could start hitting the campaign trail Saturday. Candidates need to file their registration statement with the city clerk before they begin fundraising. Mayor Matt Harter announced Nov. 23 he would not be running for reelection. Full Story: WXOW
