Mayoral Candidate Plans to Sue City of La Crosse

Craig Nestor says he wants to lead the city of La Crosse as mayor. But he also wants to sue the city. Nestor, one of 11 candidates for mayor, has informed WIZM that he plans to file a lawsuit against the city in circuit court on the basis of rampant mismanagement of development deals.
