Sex Offender Will Not Stay Locked Up

A sex offender from Holmen will NOT be committed to a hospital...which means he might be released from prison soon. La Crosse Judge Dale Pasell rules that the state of Wisconsin has not proved that 40-year-old Chad Schroeder (SHRAY-der) is 'sexually violent.'
