Wisconsin: Election changes little of state politics

Not much has changed for Wisconsin voters, even after all the ads, ceaseless campaigning and billions of dollars spent. The same guy is in the White House, his allies control the Senate, and the other party is still in charge of the House, a potential recipe for at least two more years of gridlock.
