Two La Crosse Employees at Six Months Paid Leave

The city of La Crosse has a couple of employees that have been paid for six months without ever showing up for work. Municipal prosecutor Pete Kisken and Community Development Administrator Liana Escott were removed from city hall back in May for unspecified misconduct. Full Story: WIZM
