Tomah man faces drug trafficking charges

A Tomah man, arrested in connection with heroin trafficking, appeared in a Monroe County courtroom Monday morning. 33-year-old Donald Frantzen was arrested earlier this month in connection with a non-fatal heroin overdose of a Tomah resident. Frantzen returned to his home as police were conducting a search. Full Story: WXOW
