Sparta Woman Sentenced on Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin

SPARTA, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A Sparta woman is sentenced to prison for delivering heroin. On Friday, 33-year-old Kelly Talsky was sentenced to four years in prison along with six years of extended supervision once she's released. Monroe County District Attorney Dan Cary says Talsky was a significant heroin dealer in the county. Full Story: WXOW
