Some Winter Fest Events Cancelled Due to Lack of Snow

Hard to have a Winter Rec-Fest when winter doesn't play ball. The city of La Crosse park department is cancelling events for its Winter Rec-Fest. Plenty of winter-like cold. Just not a whole lot of snow. Full Story: WIZM
