Short-Term Ramp Parking Will Still Be Free, After Gates Go In

Most cities the size of La Crosse, or larger, charge you by the hour to park your car in a ramp. La Crosse will start using ticket gates in its downtown ramps by April...but parking will still be free for the first four hours during the week, and the first eight hours on weekends. Full Story: WIZM
