Sheriff's deputy shoots Winona County suspect in Dover

DOVER, Minnesota (WXOW) - A Winona County suspect involved in a domestic disturbance is in the hospital after he's shot by a sheriff's deputy. It all started Monday around 1:45 a.m. in Winona County when deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. The suspect, believed to be armed with a handgun, fled the scene and headed for Olmsted County. Just before 2:30 a.m., Olmsted County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a camper in Dover near 6th Street and 6th Court SE. The suspect was hiding underneath the camper. Full Story: WXOW
