The La Crosse Tea Party's Greg Luce, referring to city council president Audrey Kader who, he says, filed an illegal amendment to her earlier challenge of a recall petition filed by Luce. Luce says Kader should not have been allowed to reply at all to his rebuttal of her challenge and wants the city clerk to strike the council president's latest letter from the recall process.
