Polls open in Kader recall race

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW)—The primary recall race for the 11th District seat on the City Council is underway. The seat is currently held by City Council President Audrey Kader. Those in the district can cast a ballot at St. Paul's Lutheran Church between 7 am and 8 pm Tuesday. Full Story: WXOW
