Kader Has Opposition

Gage Maurer has announced his candidacy for the City Council District 11 special election. He will be running in the recall election of City Council President Audrey Kader. Maurer's decision to run for City Council is largely due to his concern in the current direction of the City Council. First he is concerned with the possible loss of the monthly Committee of the Whole meetings. Also, when regulations are unpredictable and unreasonable, like the recent sign ordinance, it creates an unfair burden on small businesses in La Crosse. Full Story: WIZM
