Jackson Co Shooting Victim Had Restraining Order Against Him

A domestic dispute, a restraining order, and a standoff apparently all led to a shooting in Jackson County last night... Twenty-five-year-old Robert Schafer of Taylor is being treated at Gundersen Lutheran in La Crosse, after reportedly being shot once at the home of a woman he knows.
