Home Improvement Grants Going To Washburn Neighborhood

One historic La Crosse neighborhood is getting fix-up money from a local charitable group. Up to 20 homeowners in the Washburn neighborhood south of Cass Street can qualify for Community Foundation grants for painting and other exterior improvements. Full Story: WIZM
