Cops Luck Out on Pot Bust

Police were on the trail of a thief. They wound up with a couple of drug dealers. La Crosse cops say 23 year-old Nathaniel Cousins and 20 year-old Kelly Kotes have been dealing drugs out of their State street apartment near downtown. The apartment's in an area that's been plagued by a recent rash of burglaries. Full Story: WIZM
