Complaint filed on behalf of city employee on paid leave

There are new developments in the situation involving two City of La Crosse employees who've been on paid administrative leave for more than six months. Late this afternoon, the attorney for one of the employees, Assistant City Attorney Peter Kisken filed a retaliation complaint with Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. Full Story: WKBT
