Complaint Filed and Council Still in Dark About Kisken

Growing frustration is what we're hearing from the La Crosse city council. Council members we've contacted say they can't discuss the ongoing administrative leave of municipal prosecutor Pete Kisken and community development administrator, Leanna Escott.
