A La Crosse County judge set a $500 cash bond for a teenager days after being in a van that crashed into a north side business while trying to escape a police chase.
According to the criminal complaint, Clifton Traywick, 17, was driving a stolen van Friday night that crashed into the Sir Speedy Printing building at the corner of Monitor and Rose Streets.
