Man Wanted By Police Finally Found

A man is behind bars after police say he illegally took his two year old son nearly four months ago. Altoona police say they found and arrested 35 year old Kevin Tadder last night in Altoona. Police say the toddler was found unharmed. Full Story: WIZM
