Amtrak rider arrested with 7 pounds of marijuana

A CROSSE, Wis. (AP) -- Police were ready for a suspicious Amtrak passenger when he arrived at the La Crosse train station. Authorities in Portland, Ore., alerted local police that the 25-year-old Boscobel man was acting suspiciously and traveling to La Crosse. Full Story: Today's TMJ4
